Arca ("the App") is a local-first link-saving application provided by Checkndo ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Arca does not require an account and does not collect personal information on our servers.

The App stores the following content locally on your device when you choose to provide it:

• Saved link URLs
• Link titles and notes
• List names and link order
• Your last selected list
• Text or URLs you explicitly send to Arca through your device's share menu

2. How Information Is Used

Locally stored content is used only to provide the App's core features, including saving, organizing, editing, moving, reordering, and opening links.

Arca does not use your content for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

3. Data Storage and Sharing

Your saved content remains on your device. Arca does not upload saved links, notes, or lists to our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

When you choose to open a saved link, the App passes that URL to your device's browser or another compatible application. The destination service may process information under its own privacy policy.

4. Analytics and Advertising

Arca does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking technologies.
